I called the track and they said there will be people there all night, so I can come right in at midnight and they will direct me to a spot. Must be self contained since no elect. or water available, but otherwise sounds like a good deal.

After reading Gardners comment (no water or electricity) I have been trying to get confirmation. So far no luck. It apears that there is some work done to the infield, this could be the reason. Will post as soon as I get the details.

Kurt,
They said due to the new construction going on I needed a self-contained unit. No water or electricity would be available. Just call them up on the phone, they were friendly and forthcoming.

Gardner, Crit and Paul.
Talked to the track and in fact there is no camping in the infield due to work being done. The camping is supposed to be in the K Lot. I was told that there is some electricity in places. This being the case, having a bicycle, segway or scooter may be useful to go to the pits, showers and spots along the track to see the races. Don't know if they have WiFi but if so, I will keep you updated after I get there on Tuesday.

Hey guys. Lyn and I are not goung to be there. When I asked a few weeks ago about anyone going, everyone said no, so we made reservations for James Island St. Park in Charelston and will be there for a week starting this Sat.

The weather is not looking so good for NH this weekend. Friday-OK, Saturday a few showers, Sunday rain. I still want to go, but it may turn our to be an under-the-awning weekend.
