All black in and out
Original wheels and non radial tires
Perfect interior
Has added air conditioning but was installed without any cutting. Could easily be removed.
Has non factory side pipes. Again, could easily be removed and stock exhaust installed.

Got the opportunity to make a deal on it. Whata ya think it's worth.
In my opinion which is only what it would be worth to me.
A 63 split window L76 340hp automatic depending on originality, matching numbers and actual overall condition should be worth between 60K and 85K, today. It is a tough market today but even if you discount 10 points it is still strong and good ones should remain that way.
Perhaps you could contact the corvette club for more info. I don't keep up with that business like I used too. Base price was around 4K I think.

Thanks Leroy,

Sounds like if I pick it up in the 30 to 40K range, it would be a good deal. Car is in very excellent shape. Virtually rust free on the frame. Engine block apparently is not original for car but is original '63 casting. Only a few things not original like I mentioned. Distributor is an MSD unit instead of dual point. Radio has been changed to a more modern head unit. Car has not been chopped up or modified. Even still has all drum brakes. Disc's were not avail until a year or so later. The few things that have been modified are very easy to return to original.
Overall...seems like a good investment?

I might still have the radio lying around from my 63 roadster. My 66 big block coupe had rear discs - I think that was the first year.

Here's my list of some of the ones I should have kept....
28 Dodge (got it in the 8th grade - traded my 1/4 midget)
54 Vette (got it in college trans died so I traded it for a 2 yr old VW)
63 Vette Roadster
66 Vette Coupe
70 Roadrunner (my first new car) also had a 69 later
47 Lincon Zepher
28 Chevy
63 Mini Wagon
64 real Mini Cooper
61 Mini
73 TVR
65 356C Porsche
1920 Model T Vintage race car (orig built in the 30s)
59 Fiat Abarth Double Bubble Zagato
Prototype Shogun (Ford Fiesta with SHO Taurus motor in back seat)
66 Shebly GT350H (one of 50 red ones)
68 Shelby GT500 Convertible
Lots of Mustangs
In the garage I still have 86 Vette (for sale only 47M miles) 04 Thunderbird
68 Ford Cortina Rallye Car 62 Mini (the one my wife gave our daughter when she got the bird)

Andy,

You didn't tell us about the Javelin Here's a cousin to it that I campaigned back in the late 60's early 70's shown below in the middle a 1969 AMX with the factory drag front scooped hood and a few of the other cars that I have had in the past and yes that is me.............................WITH HAIR

I sold the AMX in an attempt to save a marriage...........................guess what happened.........................I sure miss that car

john, a ford anglia as well ?
sold the javerlin last year, it went to italy !!
it was a 70' 360 donahue edition, it came into the uk in 72 & was 1 of only 2 donahues in the uk, now there is only a blue 390 one left
very underrated/undervalued car sold it for £9500 about $16000 & was 'driver condition'- would have been worth more back in the us, in there day they were as good as a boss 302 (or so ive read ) but now only worth 1/4 of the value of the blue oval equivilent
