My generator is up and running again, complete with all new fan, motor and capacitor. The first fan I received from Grainger was damaged in shipment which caused a vibration. Once I got an undamaged one, it worked fine. (Of course, I have now learned to check the switch on the back of the generator first, should the fan stop again).

For future reference here are the current Grainger part numbers to rebuild the generator's radiator cooling fan.

Motor: 4M099
Capacitor: 2MDV4
Mount/Strap for capacitor (optional, depending on your setup) 2MEV1
Squirrel cage fan: 2UTW1

Total parts cost: $163 + tax

Thanks to everyone for all of your help on this.

Bruce
