I believe that Southern Bumper Exchange in Forest Park (maybe College Park), GA can rechrome bumpers that large. I have a 66 Barracuda that they did. Its been 5 years and it still looks great. They can also straighten bumpers prior to rechroming. I saw some really large bumpers off of old Cadillacs and Imperials there. So, I think their tanks are large enough. I think it cost me $500 for the front and rear bumpers (plus or minus).
