Onan genset governor
I have a Onan Marquis Gold 7kW genset, a few years old, just set up to run a week or two ago, maybe 1 1/2 hours run time so far, that was running fine, steady as a rock. When restarted earlier today it shut off after a few seconds and gives an error code of #14 "governor unable to control frequency". Manual says to take it to the dealer. Any second opinions or easy fixes?

Follow-up
Just got her back from the shop. Turns out the carb was heavily varnished. They said they have had poor luck rebuilding them so replaced it. Now I've got a spare.
