Default Body Panel??

On my bird, when I bought it several months ago, the smaller louvered panel on the driver side behind the tag axle is missing. I called bluebird and they can't get that panel anymore. Anyone have any ideas on how to get a replacement? Would a machine shop be able to manufacture that?

those panels can be made by any good home air conditioning company.
you buy a kit,and saw and screw together.
johnstone supply, baker bros etc should have those kits.

A sheet metal shop can make the panel.
