Brad thats almost perfect. Love the color, history and price. Unfortunately I'm about a month out of money in pocket. Otherwise I think I woud jump on it. Throw some tires on it and have an adventure driving it home.

John not quite ready for a 40 yet. I do like the later FC's especially the bath towards the back and the power. But I think price and simpler systems have me leaning towards late 70's to early 80's.

Crit I know of 1 good shop for diesels, I love doing as much of my own repairs as possible. Plus I hear tell there a couple of experienced BB owners near me.

Charles ten years ago I was in your situation exactly and I remember Shane said to save until I could buy what I really wanted. I didn't take his advice . That was a mistake.

I think a late FC would do fine. So would a 95 to 97 BMC Nothing wrong with a mid eighties PT. A real nice earlier FC can also fit the bill I would advise you to ride in and check over all before buying. My point is try not to buy two in short order like I did.

The sleeper in all of these is the BMC Only negative is they don't have the vintage bus look. I wouldn't stick my nose up at an SP either.

Buy a good ONE
