Thanks Jim. I will try them again in the future. Having been in the service business for many years, even one instance of poor customer service just drives me nuts. When you rely on voice mail, email and inquiries from your website, it's easy for something to get hosed up.

Just for clarification.
Stephen Birtles at Dupree Products is in no way connected to me,Randy Dupree,or BBBB or the forum.(other than being a forum member and parts supplier).

Stephen did set up the Michelin Advantage Program, which is basically the same program as FMCA uses.
The WOG,myself or Stephen Birltes don't make a dime on the tires,in fact sometimes it takes time out of all of our day.

Stephen set the program up out of the goodness of his heart, hes never asked for anything because of it.

I had a customer here this week that used the program for his jeep tires,he saved $300 on the tires.

I think (its been years since i set up my account) that you can set up your account on line by reading the info here on WOG.

Stephen has done many of us favors by setting up the account,my thinks go out to him.

Not a problem Carl. I know where your coming from regarding customer service. But to be honest I have never had an issue with Dupree Products, so I will promote them when I can, because of it. Like Randy said, Stephen didn't have to provide the Michelin program for us, but he did and I for one am grateful too. Did you try the e-mail rick@dupreeproducts.com? That is what I used and got it done like I said before, while Rick was on vacation. Can't beat that for customer service.

Actually, Jim, I tried to contact via email to stephen@dupreeproducts.com. Sent 2 emails back in April. So, evidently I sent it to the wrong email address? That was the only oneI had.
