The food at Maxton is almost as good as the racing! The Brisket wagon will be makin' the trek to Maxton again this year. Plan on some BBQ for Friday or Saturday! Personally, I'm hoping to see some of that great Brunswick Stew again this year too. Just make sure that someone brings a timing light with them this year. Timing Guy Smalley's Rat Rod was a real PITA last year without one

John, count us in this year........ been thinkin about racing Luck Bear...... 1/2 jack -1/2 springer and 19 lbs of loveable PIB (pain in butt)! I am so glad he decided to adopt me 2 years ago at that campground....... serves me right for standing under my awning drinkin cold ones in a thunder storm........ the only fool out there.....later
