After airing up the suspension (air springs), the front and the rear of the coach height is about 2" taller than normal. Suspension was cycled three times and no change. I doubt the 3 ride-height valves would go bad at the same time.
Thoughts? Bill suggested I'm shrinking...haha Probable true!

Assuming nothing is hitting anything it's not suppose to, I'd take it for a ride around the block and see what happens.

More Info...The height issue started a couple weeks back. Since then the suspension has been lowered and raised several times, and the coach has been driven a hundred miles, turning many corners, etc. All during this time, when the suspension was aired up, it stood too tall. I just now went out and cycled the suspension. When aired up it still stands about 2" higher than normal.

Guess it's possible something whacked the ride control valve. Think it's time to take it into a shop and have a pro check it out.

Hi Curt,
Good you have a sense of Humor , sometimes we get into trouble ![]() Check out the control linkages for free travel. If all the ride height valves were changed, adjusting them could be the issue. Changing one at a time may make adjusting easier. As you well know , Working on air under the bus is really scary and dangerous.

Curt came to the experts!
heres what you have (i'm sure!) theres a 60PSI regulator in the air ride system. i suspect that regulator is bad, allowing too much (120PSI) air to go to the height control valves, the HCV's are only made to withstand 80PSI or so,then they bypass. so,all you need to do is replace a $20 regulator, its a Haldez KN31000. it screws into the air tank, then the line goes out to the HCV's. hey Curt, good to hear from you!

ohh, something i forgot to add,you have way to much air pressure on your air bags without the regulator, you stand a chance of blowing a bag or ten...

Thank you, Randy, Rob, Bill, Lance, others. Just returned from picking up an KN31000 pressure regulator...sure wished I had a PIT.

Rob,
I remind Greg that he needs to finish that pit ever time I see him. Of late he beats me to reminding him.
