Anyone know the story of this FC offered on ebay by Wanderlodge Fort Valley

From reading the question asked of the "seller" it looks like this person bought the coach from the original owner while the coach was at Ft. Valley. They've done no work to it and are only trying to turn the coach for profit. The coach's name is "Escape-A-Way" and is listed as being from Del Ray Beach Florida. Randy, you know anything about this one?? It looks like it may have been repainted.

this coach has been at the nest for a little while,i think it was supposed to be a trade in on a new coach.
reading the ebay add indicates that it was not traded but sold outright.
i did hear it was like new inside,i think its a one owner coach.

Randy if you look at the pictures you honestly cant get much from either the description or the pictures. For instance all of the couches etc have covers thrown over them, the description says it has 2 awnings yet it has 6. It also has a driveline retarder which is not mentioned. Not very good advertising for a coach that the factory is attempting to sell. I know it ways the factory is not selling it but the pictures were taken there and it does not say who owns the coach? I would be reluctant to advise anyone to buy it based on this.

Since I live 30 minutes from the nest I can go over to check it out and get better pics if needed. I am watching it on ebay so that will have Allen Barbee # end 1day 5 hours. Call me on my cell if needed 478-319-2756

How about some facts? How did you get in? How and who did you pay? Who did you contact first to get in?

I met the original owners early last year while they were at the nest. They had owned this coach since new, were still very proud of it and said that it was in good shape. They had bought one of the left over new M-450's and I don't recall if there was some sort of trade in or if they were trying to sell the old FC outright. Although I have walked around this bird several times I don't personally know anything as to its mechanical condition. Exterior wise it looked pretty good, especially considering what I believe to be the original paint. My impression from speaking to the owners and looking at the exterior condition was that it had been kept up pretty well. It would probabaly make a great coach for someone considering that FC's are still one of the best bargin for quality that exists.....

There is a combo lock on the gate with a sign that has 4 cell numbers to call for access code. There are registration from in the nest building to leave your info and cc # as well as a box to drop it off. Stil lthe only one here. Lots of attention from the service dept right now.
