The musical horn in a blue bird consists of three parts. the head you see in the dash, the brain (where Randy said) and the horns. the brain is silver and slightly larger than a pack of cigarettes with a ribbon cable running to it. It is above and to the right of the passenger side head light behind the exterior panel above the generator.

It cost me 100 dollars for a 100 songs when I had it reprogrammed. The picture by Gardner is not the same model used by blue bird. I have the model that was pictured and it has the brains and the head in one box.

Wink different place

On my 2000 LXI, the musical horn brain is located behind the door above the stair well with the passenger foot rest attached to it. Once you open the door, it is behind the fuse board. I think 4 screws detach the fuse board.

You must move the fuse board in order to get to it.

OK, so where is it in our FC 35's? I am going to have to get mine reprogrammed. My wife tries to crawl under her seat when I play the stuff on it now. She really loves it when I play Dixie!

Once I wrote to PMMI and asked for the five tones from Close Encounters, they said they didn't have it, but it was possible. I wonder if anyone else would be interested?
