Sp36 Handbook

Created by Jurgen Steinmetz for his SP36 Wanderlodge, this handbook is designed to help in the familiarity, use, maintenance, and safety of this coach's operation. This will describe briefly just what is in the Handbook Chapters.

Appendix is blank could be used for dealer locations, etc

Chapter 1 Emergency contains info on Emergencies such as fire, smoke, tire blow-out etc. I also use this for case of vehicle accident, insurance phone etc.

Chapter 2 Abnormals this comes in 6 subfolders, each folder treats one system abnormalities, some is what I experienced, lots of room for more info.

Chapter 3 Coach descriptions describes just what kind of coach you have and all its switches and gauges. Extra pages 4-A-B-C deal with all the weights, limits GCRW, GW, empty weight, to most folks very confusing. I tried to get it all together.

Chapter 4 Normal operation Contains checklists, why's and how's plus 4 extra pages, not in PDF, just extra info on Mountain grades, resistance HP etc. Techie stuff.

Chapter 4a Hazardous weather Hot/ cold weather ops, common sense stuff.

Chapter 5 Heating/ Cooling/ LP systems deals with what BB put in the SP36's a systems description, most I found in old BB blue-box papers, as well as my own experiences.

Chapter 6 Electrics (my favorite) This is some old BB stuff, but mostly my own modifications. They actually work too. Extra page Chapter 6 page 27 would need the drawing on the regular page 27 on it.

Chapter 7 Air/ Hydraulics deals with those 2 systems.

Chapter 8 Water/ Sewer self explaining

Chapter 9 Engine /Transmission has a lot of extra pages with it, not in pdf format, with more info I found on the forum, books, magazines, etc.

Chapter 10 Utilities deals with how to set up camp, awnings, towing a jeep, etc
The extra pages, not in pdf, show how to string blinds in the coach.

At the end I have the POOP SHEETS from phred tinseth. They deal in all subjects and make excellent reading as well as references.

I have a lot of pages showing LEFT BLANK INTENTIONALLY, my entire manual is printed on both sides of a page,(it takes at least a 24 lb paper); these I used in my manual so to have two pages facing each other such as diagram on the left and description on the right.
