Moving well? For less $ than a 2002?
Real bargains usually have a risk.
Maybe there is a problem. Non disclosure can be a big problem.

Just maybe your value on an 02 is over inflated and this one went for what it should. Since the sales price isn't listed, how can you state anything about that end of things???

Asking price of a 3 year old $875,000 unit with 18,000 miles is $270,000. No doubt it sold for less.
Another sold for less that $278,000.
Another sitting at Parliament.

So it sure looks like the market rate is currently about $260-270 for an 06. While it's unfortunate to say the least, that's what the market is. I'm certainly not going to say I like it, but if I want to "upgrade" it helps me on the front end and hurts me on the back. But that's what everything is doing right now. I'm in the middle of swapping houses and seeing the exact same thing. The "new" house was bought by the previous owners about 3 yrs ago for substantially more than I'm paying for it. They did not expect the housing market to drop and they did not maintain the house. So poor condition and ****** market has cost them a bundle. But by the same token, even though the house I'm selling is in very good shape (even the FHA inspector wrote "Very Nice House" on his report), I'm still not able to get what I'd like to. I figure better to sell it for a little less than what I want than to have to maintain it for another 6 months, especially while I'm rebuilding the new house.

All I can say is if you don't have to sell your bird, don't!

heres what I'm seeing, older coachs are selling fine, stuff priced below $100K.
The coachs priced above $100K are not selling well for me,the may be selling well for dealers that can get financing,I don't really know.
There is always going to be distress sales,no matter what the item,or what the economy is doing.
The prices being discussed here are simply distress sale prices.

I think prices will start to go up,and thats not saying that there will not be "deals" to be found in the future.
