There are two pictures. One of the pictures shows the plastic collar, that mates a head to the front water jacket accessory panel and allows coolant flow to the heads.
The front assembly is the panel, where all the hoses, water pump & thermostats are mounted.
These are the O rings and collar, that do not like to be overheated.
They are the O rings that sometimes weep coolant, but all is well in warmer weather or when the 3208 is warmed up , and the seals swell and seal properly, These collars should always be replaced when a head is removed. If there is a occasional weep , but not a major leak, these could be the culprits.
