Except for the all those mirrors it's perfect! I can't believe it's on ebay.

Same paint scheme as mine, but colors are different. Mine also has the kitchen on the curb side.

Out of boredom waiting on our bird to be ready my husband and I and our three dogs made the 8 hour trip to Jackson, MS to take a look at this one.
Pluses:
Paint is very nice
Interior is in good shape
Cabinets are in good shape save for a few plastic latches
No evidence of water leaks anywhere (windows, ceiling, doors, etc)
All windows and blinds operate as they should
D60 fired up immediately from cold with no smoke or excessive noise
Oil level ok and black - no evidence of moisture on dip stick
Black/Blue box intact with all manuals
Some service records in box and in kitchen drawer
Tires date code: 33/15
Generator fired up easily
Air pressure built quickly and held
40 lbs oil pressure at high idle

Minuses
Large front blind is missing
Chassis air conditioning compressor wasn't connected - unable to test
Engine batteries mismatched
All tires branded "Sailun" (China Mfg)
Water in Fuel tank light buzzes and stays lit
12 volt air compressor not connected to anything
Unable to test Microphor toilet
Waist gate valves leaking
Fan over shower not working
Headlight switch on dash broken (collapsed inside dash)
Tank levels display not working
Per seller - Aquahot leaking so unable to test it until after they repair the it.
Ceiling is a "drop ceiling" and fully mirrored - there are two cracks in the "mirror" in the kitchen area (almost appear to be seams but are not).
Engine exhaust tip (above the roof) had a very sketchy repair (have photo if anyone interested)
Headlight covers fogged
Both couches and driver/passenger seats have had white leather dye applied by seller
One piece of stainless missing between door and 1st bay on passenger side
Missing grill and tool chest

General:
The leveling jacks seemed to function but seller said one had been sticking.
There was some paint flaking off the black area of the generator door that can be seen in the video and pictures on their website.
Both driver and passenger windows were beginning to fog with the drivers lower area full of moisture.
Refrigerator turned on under electric power but will need a good cleaning/same with underbay unit
Backup camera worked
Did not test stereo or TV
Seller had begun replacing the halogen bulbs in some of the lights with LED elements
Leaf for dining table was under the bed
Safe key with safe (no fortune inside unfortunately)

We have some additional photos that may or may not be interesting to anyone here that may be bidding on it along with photos of the receipts that were found.

Had a fun day looking at it and now headed back home!

Thanks Karen,
You couldn't make a deal or just wasn't what you wanted?

I'll bet the bath fan works. Its hooked to a switch at the vanity. It took me a couple of months to figure that out.
