John successfully fixes Jim's tranny
Jim Nichols came to TGO looking for John Wyatt to trouble shoot why his neutral light on his transmission stayed on even though it was in drive. It seems he had talked to a couple of transmission specialist who did not seem to know. John fixed it!

Jim wanted john to dive right in and start plugging and unplugging, but john would have none of that. Instead of try this, try that, etc., John took the prints, manual, etc. and studied them rather than blindly going forward without a clue. Sure enough, john went directly to the problem and fixed it. What is amazing, John did not tear anything else up in the process. That maybe is why they would only work on it while I was away.

Hish hosted a social for Jim at his lovely home with all the Blue Birders in the park. A great time was had by all and I met a Blue Birder in the park that I did not know. He is a lurker not a poster. I gave Jim the ten cent tour in my golf cart with out enclosures in the rain. Jim must be pretty smart, because he wore a rain suit while I got wet. It was nice of Sue Ameral to dry my clothes at the social.

Now that my report is filed, see you later.

Sorry Richard but as I was reading this, the way you described it gave me an unwanted visual image. You were wearing something while at the social. right? :D:D:D

Sue gave Richard one of my shirts to ware while his was drying.

I absolutely wore Hish's clothes until mine dried. Besides, I would not like all the sympathy that my Sue would get nor did I want to hear the snickering.

John you ought to know me better than that.:)
