Is it just garbage, or doesn't perform, or what? Ty

Do you have first hand information for your negative comment?
I had clear ceramic tint installed in 10 windows and believe it or not, It works.

Ernie, did you have the tint installed on the inside front glass? How much tint...clear? and it reduces heat thru the front glass? It would be nice to reduce the amount of heat that sometimes comes thru the front window

Some tint is junk, some is good. Most of the ceramic tint is just good tint, but it's not better performing than other high quality non-ceramic tints by any significant degree. I even watched this video and the guy held his heat lamp 6" away from the window for the ceramic tests and nearly touching the window for the other tint. Just another honest internet guy.

When Steve and Pat Gureasko, Patticake, were at our home in April, I asked him what he had on his windows. His son owns a successful tint shop and he replied clear ceramic tint. I had the front windshield and all the side windows done by a local shop here. The shop owner said the tint was a special order and he does not stock it. The price was $550 installed.
The difference is night and day. I didn't need any darkening for any of the windows.
Plus, I added Bus Kote to the roof.

Did not want to get involved in this, as I am biased, because, as Ernie as said, my son has been tinting windows for over 30 years. He has seen the development of tint in that time. Some good and some bad. Ceramic tint has been around for a short while and really has proven itself. It is more expensive than the "regular" tint, but does the job. Even homes and businesses are starting to use this to help keep the heat out.
