The four lights you're referring to were not wired as marker (running) lights. They only function as turn indicators.

I'm reading it as though Ridewell began the bulletin with certain LX and LXi units. Then, in the November 16, 2000 bulletin, Blue Bird expanded it to include certain LTC-40 and Wanderlodge units.

Good point. Within the service bulletin documents there is mention of axle seat weld cracks. My axle didn't crack at the axle seat.

Dave, take a look at the service bulletin...

Dave, take a look at the service bulletin documents and you'll see a diagram showing how and where the straps are installed. Then go have a look at your axle. Here's a pic to help...
