Off and on for years. Lots of resetting with magnet. Finally replaced all 4

relays in thr engine compartment ignition box. Available fron Radio Shack and

NAPA <$40. Problem hasn't reoccurred....

air noise in dash is normal

The heater a/c needs a source of vacuum to work the air vanes. The hiss is caused by a small device(valve) that converts air pressure to vacuum.

I believe you will find that after BB received the part from the manufacturer they tacked on a 2 hour charge to weld the 2 mounting strips onto the CAC (all true for a 96 Wanderlodge)

96 hydraulic oil cooler fans

Both fans work together keyed by a thermo switch at base on the hydraulic oil reservoir(rear right engine compartment) fuse is located in metal box behind the rear ignition switch.

When I have trouble with switches on my 96 Wanderlodge, I pry out the rocker with a small knive scrap the contacts and reassemble. Takes 5 minutes.

Are your a/c's heatpumps or equpped with a heat strip? If so the light may mean the heat pump is in heat mode or the heat strip is acivated. Check your ac amp meters for a substantial ~15a draw.

Let's see $387 pump or 59 cents O ring HMMM...

Aquahot leaking from flat plate on top of fuel pump. Removed plate and replaced O ring (Ace Hardware #84) tested for 3 days- no leak
