Are you sure there is a strong 12 volt signal to the unit and strong 12 at aqua,hot itself. Don't know Prevost but Bluebird used separate circuit breaker.

I have seen a bunch of shaft seals blown out, the main cause is a case drain issue. Without seeing your application check hose routing, drain line should go straight back to hydraulic tank .
