took me awhile to find this pic. this looks identical to the one on my bus. i think it is used to supply the highest air pressure to the park brake valve from eaither air tank.

i dont know if this helps but in the diagram i have it is connected to the park brake valve. it has 5 1/2 air line to it and 1 3/8 line and is fed by the rear air tank

thanks randy, i have disconnected all the digital displays i could find and it still only droped .5 amp. i do alot of dry camping so this concerns me a bit.
