I hear ya. What I found interesting is how much larger the fan motor needs to be for a rear engine bus vs front engine. Near double the amp draw for only 10% increase in cfm.

Any auto glass shop will be able to cut a rear glass for you. You might want to make a card board template for the exact size and take the seal with you. Flat glass is no problem.
