I don't know since I haven't had them disconnected them but Ernie Ekberg would probably be able to tell you since I am know he has re-floored several 450's and I suspect a 380 or two as well.

Maybe. It also could be the light spectrum is a little better. If you have already converted to led's, just add a few more. It would be nearly impossible to overload the electrical system.
