The fence post ripped off the engine cover also, but that was not damaged, only scratched. So far the estimate is over $5000, but I can't stand to see my bird with ratchet straps holding her together.

Fellow Members,

Looking for the rear fiberglass bumper that used to be glued to the Aluminum bumper on my Bird. If anyone can guide me in the right direction, please do.

That is a good question. All I know is when we bypassed the braided strap with the new direct ground from starter to battery post, it solved the problem.

Thanks Rick, Just an FYI to all, just because you file every connection to bare metal, don't rule out the ground or the braided strap. Meters are helpful and so is WOG.
