Continuing the heater conversation, my front heater operates great on the bench but when installed it short cycles and blows cold. Could this be a bad thermostat or what am I missing?

I repaired my door latch by fastening down the...

I repaired my door latch by fastening down the slide retainer, between the two springs, with a 6-32 bolt & nut. Thoroughly cleaned and new white lithium grease and it operates smooth like butter.
