It's in a bad spot for sure. Inside the frame rail above the curb side tag wheel. If you can work your way on top of the drive axle you can reach it from there. Not a fun place.

Don't overlook the supply line from the compressor to the dryer. If it has blown you will never hear the leak over the engine. It happened to me.
