Air up w/o 12 volt?

I’ve searched the forum a bit and can’t find the answer....can an early PT air up the suspension and release the spring brake without 12 volt power? I don’t think I have the 12 volt clippard valves...

Stick.....just a thought....behind the fridge...

Stick.....just a thought....behind the fridge vent door (exterior) is a propane manifold with valves that control propane flow to the furnances. Easy to check if you haven't already.
