Someone was telling me that the rotation of a pusher is reverse.

Can the engine from a pusher be put directly into an FC35?

I know it would require some sheet metal and maybe mount modification but anyone with any opinions whether a 5.9 Cummins from a pusher...

I know it won't quite fit and can get the cowl extended but what about the stock...

I can't tell you what model they came from but the chicken bus guys down here in Guatemala found used windows with no problem. Down here they only charged me about $60 a piece.

Tranny issues

My experience has been to lock up the tranny by entering the climb at > 2200rpm and keep it there.

Minimizes the tranny heating.

Not easy to do on long 10%+ climbs.

Down here in Central America 30km 8% grades are common on major highways, 10km 10% grades on good secondary roads and the occasional 1-2km of 15% off the beaten path. All with air temps up to 95F.
