I got rid of the squirrel cage fan on the radiator and put in a electric 12v fan like you have in a car. It really cools the radiator off but as Dan said it’s pulling more power then the alternator...

Thanks Dan, I was looking for step by step directions(lol), you’ve given me somewhere to start.

Darryl, the existing fan, the furnace blower is running on 220v so the wiring is there for that.

Dan what alternator did you use and was it a easy conversion ? I need to swap mine out for more power for 12v electric radiator fan.
