It was time for new batteries this year. When I took the old ones out I didn't like the looks of the old tray. It was rusty and bowing down in the middle. I started trying to sand the rust off but wasn't comfortable with what I saw, plus I would still have the bowing in the middle. Time to come up with something new. I had seen pictures of what Ryan Saari did on his PT, and that got me thinking. I didn't want to relocate the racor or add 2 additional batteries, so I took his idea and rotated it 90 degrees. Here's the way it looked with the old tray.
