Your darg link ends are the same as mine and are the following part numbers:

Steering Arm Tube Tie Rod Ends, Meritor Style, C-E 5.75", C Zerk, RH R230070 BB #1300391

Steering Arm Tie Rod Ends, Meritor Style, C-E 5.75", C Zerk, LH R230071 BB #1300383

Soak the old ends overnight in penetrating fluid and have a very large vise and pipe wrenches to break them free. Make sure to measure the overall length before starting so you have the same length when done or your steering wheel will be wonky.
