Default Google Custom Search the forums for a specific topic?

Yes, absolutely! You can search for posts based on user name, word(s) in the post or just in the subject, by date, and only in particular forums.

We now have a Site Search: Google Custom Search that looks like this, it is located near the top left hand side of each forum page.

This is much better than the old forum search also described here. Type in the topic and it will show all of the posts on WOG that contain those words.

To access the search feature, click on the "Search " link at the top tool bar of most pages.

If that search doesn't work for you, then go ahead and post your question in a new thread and then look at the "Similar Threads" listed under your post.

You can search any forum that you have permission to search - you will not be allowed to search through private forums unless you have been given the necessary security rights to do so.
