I agree very hard to top a BMC. However you are going to spend $50K or in that neighborhood. I would say well worth it BUT for some one starting out there are other coaches I wouldn't turn my noise up if you happen to come across one.

The later model FC's are very nice I especially like the 300 hp models with the ZF transmissions. I think they started about 87 and ran to the end of production which I believe was 89.

The mid eighties PT's are hard to beat and probably more common then others.

Personally having been playing this game along with some of my best friends what is most important is finding one that's been well cared for in your price range.

Certainly the best advice of all is to do two things. Get to at least a couple rallies before buying so you have a clue and TALK TO RANDY.

My suggestion for storage is to check craigslist. I got lucky, the guy I found was in the middle of building and after hearing my requirements raised the roof to accommodate me.
