Bluebird had their custom paint schemes for certain years and models. Easier to duplicate. Maybe the owner just liked that paint scheme. It sure is a pretty color. If the Owner had wanted a different color, Bluebird would done it at an extra cost. Remember the green and gold 94WB "Hooked on a Dream" with the one off color scheme done by Bluebird. It cost a fortune.

Probably it's that simple.
My two previous Prevost's, my Monaco, I knew the history almost back to the day they were born. I know nothing about the history of this coach I own. In the end it really doesn't mean much but I'm still curious...

History is interesting. Mine was owned by a guy who owned a Ford dealership. I figured that out by googling his name, and it explained the fact that the Blue Box had a receipt for a reman transmission for a Ford pickup....but with my Bird's VIN. And the fact that they were auto mechanics explains how they managed to pinch the jacket of the throttle cable between the bellhousing and the back of the motor. I have no plan to loosen things off to remove it, so it is still stuck. And another owner was a bluegrass band and we got a decent collection of their music on cassette and 8 track which I still play every now and then.

I figured that baby bird got over spray on it from big bird being painted. That's my guess
