I will just respond to all comments here.

I am running over 1000 Watts RMS through 0 gauge wire. The coach isolator was used to test with and without, just to see if I could eliminate the buzz. Hooked directly to the batter bank, or through the DC noise filter under the couch, still getting the buzzzzz.

How/where are the batteries and inverter grounded? How is the audio equipment grounded?

do you have access to an oscilloscope that you could use to check for noise on the output of the charger?

I know battery technology is changing by the minute, but i have never heard of a "spiral wound" battery.
What the heck is that?

Way back when i worked at dealerships on cars we used a long coax cable that had one end cut off and the other end plugged into a working car radio, holding the cut off end near electric motors and alternators etc would make the radio sing with static,if the alternator was bad etc.
redneck o-scope..

Below is the wiring diagram on how it is currently hooked up.

I have tried to ground and power it from multiple places, and still the buzzing exists.

NOTE: I would reduce smaller, but then it's not readable.

It looks like your wiring is done correctly and I'm sure you did everything correctly. I hate to say it, but the Tripp Lite needs to go back... They seem to have a lot of noise issues like this from what I've read. I looked into them last year when I was inverter shopping and you can see an awful lot of this popping up in reviews.

You can check for ripple on the DC supply with your meter, read the DC wires with the meter on AC.

The AC voltage should be very low. Mine is around 10 mvAC with the batteries fully charged.

Check the output of the charger when its disconnected from the batteries...

Just a guess:
Is inverter/charger keeping ground and neutral tied together even when plugged into shore power?
