Default Pt40 coolant line to compressor

Got one hose off today after work. The other one tomorrow. They are the coolant lines to the air compressor on the pt40

Hope so. Much easier and cheaper to do this at home. And not else where. Or the bite the bullet on a new motor. Will be adding a low coolant alarm. Also. As I have not found one on this pt

I am fortunate that mine has been replaced. Please tell us how you got to that hose. Removed starter??

This is the easy one. From under the bed. I will do the other one tomorrow after work. Will update when I get it off. It does not look that hard. Yet

I don't believe I dropped the starter on my 88, but it would make access a lot easier. I could snap my old lines like a stick!

Me too Kip. Mine just crumbled as they were being taken out.

Well I got the old one off. The one down by the starter.did not remove it. I did cut a 7/8 wrench in half. Got the 2 new lines on. Tomorrow I will fill the system with antifreeze. And check for leaks
