Default 1989 WBTG 40 8V92

After six years of ownership we are selling our Bluebird. It is a dependable bus, but has a few minor issues. Like most of these vintage birds. 150,000 miles on the Detroit diesel. 12.5KW generator works and runs well.

I think there are a ton years left on this magnificent machine. We are asking $38,000.

Sorry to hear about selling. Last I knew you plan to attend the Q11 rally. It would be a great opportunity for BB shoppers to come out and take a look.

Default Bluebird for sale

TVCurt, we plan on being in Quartzite this year. It will probably be our last one with a Bluebird. Hope to see you and all our other Bluebird friends in a few weeks. I would put some pictures of the bird on here if someone could tell me how to edit the original post.

You cannot edit your posts after 24 hours, but if you post the pictures in a new post in this thread I will move them to the first post for you.

Brian, I have a lot of pics, but for some reason they won't upload. The problems are little things like the check transmission light won't go off even though I just had it to an authorized Allison tranny shop. Tranny good but they couldn't get the light to shut off. They said they were experts.

Another thing is the cruise control engages and then pops out. Generally this coach is very dependable and I've kept it up best I could. It two new front tires, two new alternators, a new refrigerator, a new exhaust resignator.

I mounted a digital TV where the old analog one was in the front. We're only selling because we aren't full timing anymore. We'll be at the Q ralley this year if you want to see it.
