Default Trouble staying logged in

For the last couple of days I've had trouble staying logged in (or more correctly saving my username and password) and I have to reenter each time I log on. This only happens on my iPhone 6 and only recently. My Ipad and my windows laptop retain the information (cookies?) required to automatically log me in.

I asked Mr. Finn but he deferred to the members of the forum.

To my knowledge I have changed no settings on the phone. I think I might have done a software update from Apple, but not sure the 2 coincided.

Does anyone have a clue as to how to help me??

Thanks, in advance.

Stick, your last upgrade probably screwed it up. you could restore from your last backup before upgrade and that would do it, but that is beyond me.
I would call Apple Support, 800-692-7753.

Thanks - It's only the WOG site that will not stay connected, and only on my Iphone. Ipad has the same updates. Knowing all that, you're probably correct that I need to call Apple.

I just started having that same problem, I've been logged in for years. A few weeks ago I had to enter my log in. I'm using a iPhone and iPad.

Click the box remember me near the login where you put your user name and password that worked for me.

I always click the "remember me" but everytime I close out (not log out, but just go to another site) I have to re-log in.

I'm going to call Apple but not before I let a savvy friend have a look.

The same happens to me on both Apple and Windows operating systems, so I don't believe it is Apple.

I realize that this occurs after going to another site without logging out of WOG. However, does anyone recall seeing the attached messages when they do log out? I don't recall seeing a message that says "all cookies cleared". Some web sites use cookies on your computer to store login information. Is this something new or have I just never noticed it before. See attached message.

I don't ever log out and am logged in on two different computers and my phone. I have never had to log in again, since doing it the first time. I have Windows 7 and 10 and an Android phone.
