Default Jake Brake

The jake failed completely on the way south in October. Got it fixed at a DD dealer in Ft. Wayne. They installed three new solenoids and a new wiring harness. Lots of bucks. Worked fine for 1800 miles until this trip.

Now I have all three jake levels, low, med, and high when the engine is cold, but once it warms up and runs for an hour, I only get low no matter which switch position is selected.

Irritating. I hate to fix stuff all over again. Any ideas what might be wrong? Sounds kind of like a bad harness or a bad connection at the engine to me.
