Bill, keep in mind the frost is heaving from 81 in Harrisburg, to home .
I hit one just before the Newburg Beacon bridge on I84 and thought I had wings for a sec!

Being very affectionate with it....need I say more

Test fit to mark where the motor mounts should go.

Hey, I don't like frozen peas? Maybe carrots

Too bad I can't get an up grade like Finn's getting. But and old guy with new parts (and especially THOSE parts) might be a danger to himself and those around him.

Love that fork lift. They might need one like that in the hospital to move me from spot to spot. Long as I don't see Randy driving the thing I won't worry.

Man that's one big hole in the side of that bus. I was thinking it would be a difficult fit but looks like lots of room. You boys do some impressive work. With that big generator you should consider putting more batteries in and making John's bus the first hybrid Bluebird.

the generator came out of my burned 95WB.
We did extensive measuring to make sure it would fit,it went like this.

Thomas,you think it will fit?,hold on,let me get a beer,yep,it looks bigger,but I bet it will fit.
Anybody got a tape measure?
Nope, heres some string, lets use it,OK,somebody hold the end.
Hold it where?
etc,etc!

For what its worth, its an inch longer, its and inch shorter and its the same width, its going to work just fine.
We moved the control box off the top and mounted it on the side, thats the biggest mod so far.

Hey Randy,

Is the older Bird in the background in one of the pictures the one from Brooksville?

Sounds like it's going entirely too easily. It ain't over to it's over and no BB project ever happens without some drama.

I see you got the grill off. You got a couple engines laying around that place down there don't ya? Jerk that ole 3208 out of there and get that boy some POWER.

Don't tell us you're not thinking about it either.

Johns radiator had a leak,we took the rad to a local shop for repair, the only engine we have now is a 500HP series 60,think that old bud bird would haulass with that under the hood?
