Anything else will just not be wanderlodge quality.

I will be having a surplus auction for the city in the next 30 - 40 days. We will have a few ambulance shells, I can check to see what we have if you like.

I thought I would do a thorough documentation of the project for your watching pleasure

I am going to build a completely new raised tray assembly as well as widen the whole opening to allow for some additional storage space. I plan on having 2 side by side swinging doors like John Finns single gen. door. They will be a total of 6' wide when finished

Wish me luck!
Great project and thats an awesome gen that you are putting in. Nice quiet, smooth with clean inverter output power.

Ryan,
I know you are more than capable doing the job you are taking on. It looks like a great project and with the "Helpers" you have you can't go wrong. They are adorable. But then I'm prejudiced. My "Helper" gets right down with me when I'm working on something. She even rides on the Harley with me.

Default Mo pictures...

Picked up 3 compartment doors this morning Got 'em for $15.00 each!!

They are 24" X 36" complete with latches and hinges. When finished they will be a full 6" shorter than the old generator cover. My plan is to have the generator behind the left door and a completely new 24" X 24" X 36" storage locker behind the right This will allow us to keep the lawn funiture on the passanger side of the bus and not have to carry it around from the other side

I am thinking of converting over the storage locker in fron of the main door and trimming out the bottom betwween the wheels and under the door so it has a uniform look to it.

Time to start the design work and cutting and welding some box tubing

Any suggestions??
