Let me tell you, I'd drive a bus over an SUV any day. While it's not running yet, I cannot WAIT to get in the driver seat of my new-to-me bus and drive it around!

<3 Thanks for your story.
Thanks for pulling that old thread out Frog, I hadn’t seen it before. We all have to take that final trip in the Bird, it’s good those we leave behind keep living and enjoying the days they have, life is for living. Also a great post as we get close to Mother’s Day.

Just watched Cars 3 and you made me think of Fritter talking about driving buses.

I don't like school bus driver trainers, I knew one once, she begged me to be a substitute driver for the county when she found out I drove a Wanderlodge. I didn't have anything better to do in the mornings so I agreed. Two weeks into the school year I was asked to drive a route they couldn't keep a driver on. I drove that route every morning and every afternoon the entire year! On the plus side, I now have a Class B CDL with passenger and School bus endorsements.

Corey hasn't posted on this board for over seven years. Last I heard Corey lived in the North Carolina mountains. Your bus might have been his bus once upon a time.
