After many attempts I have failed to get some one to make window screens for my LX.
All of the companies that I have contacted have refused to make screens.
I have now ordered all of the parts I will need to make my own screens.
Natural aluminum frame with bright aluminum screen material.
I will make a jig to form the radius ends of the screen frame.
I will post my progress.

And let me know if you lose track of how many you need and end up with some extra ones that need a new home.

I have a feeling that if this works out and you get it accomplished, you may have the start of a new business. Not only for our buses but many other RVs out there that are in the same boat as we are. If you don't want to do it as a business I'm sure somebody would fill your shoes. That radius thing is what makes or breaks it. If they were square cornered you wouldn't be going through all of this. Good luck. I'm like the rest, just waiting for the results.

Some screens were all square, not sure on the LX,but maybe one end is round and the other square?
I have made bending jigs out of plywood for square tube and even T stock, once you get the radius figured out a wood fixture would work fine, unless you have a better plan?

My 01 LX is likely to be very close to what he has. My screens are radiused on the outside edge that seats in the window and square on the inside edge.
