Hi Ron, there is only 1 abs relay on M380 & 4 fuses, all @ front of coach, have tried unplugging them all but no difference

Under dash there is a button marked 'abs diagnostics' & nround nine pin plug next to it (same plug as @ rear of coach next to chassis isolator)
Can I buy a code reader/reset tool to plug into this & where from ??
Here is the uk everything uses OBD2
Have tried pressing this abs button then driving & abs light flashes then comes back on

Andy,

I didn't think they would be the same. We have now exhaused my knowledge of this system.

If Johnny Anderson doesn't respond, and I guess they can't be in the position of spending all their time handing out free advice, I might suggest contacting George Morris whose contact info is on the site somewhere. He also needs to make some money, but if nobody on the forum can solve it for you, that would be my next move, and I'd offer to pay him something for his assistance.

Good luck.

Andy, just a thought. Every time you try something, it isn't going to show an effect until you get up to about 8 mph. You probably know that.

Check your Road Relay. When my ABS light comes on I usually get a message, which axle etc., to check.

found the problem, drivers rear abs sensor burnt out + first couple of inches of wiring ! hopefully from hot rubbish off brake & not wiring fault.

Front sensors are easy to remove 5 min job, rear ones a complete b i t ch :
Jack up
Remove:
wheels
spring brake
pads
brake caliper (the 4 bolts take some shifting lying on your back in the dirt outside)
half shaft
wheel bearing
complete hub.

I knew its going to be some time for me to get another sensor so thought Id put the easy to remove front one, in to the rear, however the front sensor has a much longer body than the rear one.

The good front sensor has part no PR1001 on it & has wabco on the multi plug & I guess the burnt rear one is from the same family of sensors, anyone know where I can these from ??
TIA andy
