Default PT-40 Step Fatigue Crack

I noticed a fatigue crack on both sides of our entrance air step. I removed the step and added reinforcement to the inside and welded up the crack. Seems to be holding up well.

I would suggest you check for a crack from the step notch to the bolt pivot point (see photo).

I also had a cracked micro switch that controls the step air valve. I found 7 new switches on ebay that match up to the original (Honeywell BZ-2RDS-A2S). I have a few extras if anyone needs one.

(Note: The Pictures would not 'Insert' using the image insert tool with the photo album address)

The photo album link is: http://www.wanderlodgeownersgroup.co...php?albumid=68

John will have to give me some guidance on the proper way to insert an image.

Regards,

Glenn
