BTW, The longer the C13 takes to sell, is the less I will "need" to sell it, and may eventualy just hang on to it for a future project. It's a great engine that is still brand new and it has LOTS of power. I am sure if the emissions were removed and the HP was raised a little it would be that much better.

One Idea that I have is to grab a used Ford F650 crew cab truck, install the C13, and put a dually pick up truck box/bed on the back, to make a SUPER PICK UP TRUCK.

Here is what it would look like....

Skidder, It's only an Idea, and thinking out loud, I couldn't afford to do that for at least a couple years at this point after all the money I put into this coach. I rather sell the C13 to pay for fixing up the body and having it painted. That will be next after the engine.....

Ok guys, Coach is parked in front of my house, and I'll be pulling out and heading to Missouri in about 3 hours or so, and will be down there tomorrow afternoon so Mike can pull this CAT C13 right away!!
It should be sitting on an engine Stand by Monday.
I'll bring my camera and take some pic's when I get there.

If any of you are in the Pierce city area (25 minutes east of Joplin), you are welcome to come by Saturday evening to see it..... But I fly home Sunday morning.

Sort of like Randy's old Ford "PICKUP" and it's PICKUP TOAD on the back

Both have been sold.

I'm Back home!!....what a weekend.... that was alot of driving
About 19 hours to get there!! but then I flew back home.
You know what, I LOVE driving this coach. I started of just cruising at about 60-65mph for about 50% of the trip, but thinking back, the more I got tired, is the faster I was driving.
At one point, I caught myself doing 94MPH

Anyway, after 19hours of driving, Im here....

I noticed that Mike's shop was all locked up.....that's strange...

Si I just wondered around the yard killing time.... he went to the store.

This is the LAST time you will see this CAT in this coach!!
Mike expects to send me a bunch on Pictures of it Wednesday, of it sitting on the engine stand that the Cummins came on, so I can advertise it as "ready to ship" since that was a problem I ran into with a past potential buyer.

Finally after walking around Mike's property for an hour, crawling through all the busses in his yard and taking pic's...
(I couldn't sleep, are you kidding me?)

Mike gets there and opens the door!!

Won’t be ready for RATS, but even if it was, I wouldn’t have the time right now to make it down. I am planning on next year though......

Mike was saying he could probably have it ready in a couple weeks or so, if I want it back that fast, but I told him to slow it right down.
I actually don’t need it until the New Year, so I told him I want him to take his time and do it right, with as much attention to detail as possible.

Not only that, but this is costing a fortune, so I need time to recover as I go. remember, I haven't sold my C13 yet, so the ISX purchase was straight from my pocket now I have to order a custom harness$$$$ have the EGR and emissions removed from the computer$$$$$ and pay Mike for all the work$$$$$
