The wraps are really nice. I wrapped my Rock Crawler and it is a lot tougher than paint, I have dented panels, rubbed rocks and trees without hurting the wrap. My wrap was made by www.509media.com It is 3m material and has a clear protective layer.

I have wrap on the front, back, top edge and sides.
Almost all have held up fine for 6 years now.

Man, with my new territory at work, I dont have time to scratch my head anymore.....

Anyway, You guys have me even more sold on the wrapping, on the sides at least.

And I still think that since the front and back are so perfect from the factory, a nice High gloss pain job would look great there (Black!).

Im pretty excited about it, can't wait to get it back home and into the body shop!!

Bob, if you also have some pictures, post them up. Would love to see them.

Looks good Bob. I didn't realize that was vinyl wrap when I saw your coach at Hoodsport.

The "wraps" really look good. I'm wondering if wraps could be applied in the original colors and graphics on my bird, especially on the front cap, bumpers and bay doors.

While I am saisfied with my over all paint, the front of my coach has a lot of dings and chips. The bay doors are beginning to show deterioration of the clear coat and the front and rear bumpers likewise are showing a little "road wear".

What kind of prep is needed prior to application of the wrap application?

The gold stripe at the top by the awnings is wrap.
On the front everything is wrap except the light tan.
The name and the surrounding top is wrap.
On the sides, I had see thru wrap added going thru the windows.
My rub rails were screwed up, so added color changing vinyl added there.
The back top is vinyl as is the name.
All told I might have about $2,500 invested.
Almost all has lasted the 5 years we have fulltimed.
