Default Peace, Happiness, Health and Prosperity / Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

To all my BB Friends

Martha, J. B. Dogg and I are grateful to our new found friends and wish everyone a special blessing during this wonderful and reflective time of the year.

We are indeed fortunate to have come into this super group of folk.

It is our prayer for us all that our travels will be safe and we'll have a double portion of good "hawg meat" in the up-coming year.

Peace, Shalom, Salaam everyone!

We second that Tommy!

Who would have guessed getting involved with an "old bus" would result in meeting so many great folk and making some real good friends too!

Sure am grateful for this group!

Bless y'all!

NH Bill

Hello all Wogers
Abut 2 weeks before Thanksgiving I started a journey I would not want to repeat. I thought it was an airplane trip we were going to take to St.Croix for my daughters wedding. I sweated a lot at night. My thoughts, fear of flying. Folks, I was an airline pilot for 28 years, been retired for 15 years and love my Bird. Well my first assumption was wrong. On the island I started to loose appetite. ??? I also discovered a lump on my right groin, and thought it was some kind of Mosquito bite. WRONG again. When we got home end of November, My Buddies practically forced me to the Doctor. Well, it all came together as a rapid cancer attack within the Lymphnodes. 4 Days in the Hospital, and now 5 more Chemo Treatments, and I should be as good as new. This type cancer is 100% cureable. So I'll miss Q and Birds on the beach but thanks to Johns getting me back on the forum, I will be able to follow up on all your adventures.
I only want to say this. IF any one has anything unusual, get it checked out quick. Medicine is far advanced and do not be afraid of the Doctor. I earned my lesson. Please yo all take care of yourself and have a Happy Holiday Season.

You ain't just whislin' Dixie, Juergen! Guys, we need to "man up" and admit when something doesn't look right when we FIRST notice it. I know some of us wouldn't think of putting off fixing a problem with our Birds; yet when its an issue with our wide bodies, we tend to procrastinate. The odds for a full recovery, are dramatically better, the quicker you go see the doc. And, I can personally attest to the fact that no matter how bad it seems, the love, support, & prayers from this distinguished group, will lighten your load.
