Default Replacing Interior Panel Retaining Strips

I've got a supply of the plastic panel retaining strips I bought a couple of years ago with the intention of replacing some of the cracked and broken ones in the coach. I've done some of the simple ones along the coach but haven't tackled the longer ones on the ceiling or walls. I notice that they were originally installed at BB before any furniture was put in. Does anyone have any tips for doing these replacements? Do I have to remove overhead bins or unbolt furniture to do this job right? Overhead bins are not something I really want to tackle alone.

i would cut the old strips off at the cabinet and install the new ones up to that point.
No need to pull those HEAVY cabinets down!

Default Replacing Interior Panel Retaining Strips

Thanks Randy,
I agree with your thought but question is how to cut the strips off close enough to the overhead bins and cabinets so it doesn't look like ****. I can use a dremel tool with a cutting wheel to do it because the plastic is soft, but just curious how others have handled this problem.

New one should just slide in between the cabinet and the ceiling like the old ones could slide out. 1 or 2 screws thru the old strips in the cabinet.
